Dr. Eng. Mohammed Aseeri, Former Colonel, Border Guard, Ministry of Interior, Saudi Arabia, currently is Assistance Professor at National Centre for Radar and Electronics Warfare (EW) in King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST). He worked as a Research Fellow at Faculty of Government, Business and Law (BGL), University of Canberra, Australia. Dr Mohammed was worked as a head of a different department at Ministry of Interior (MOI) - Border Guard (BG), Saudi Arabia. He worked as a head of surveillance department in border guard for more than 5 years. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications, from the King Abdulaziz University. His PhD in Electronics from the University of Kent, Canterbury, England. Also he has an authorized certificate as consultant Engineer from Saudi Engineers Council (SEC). His previous experiences include Senior Project Manager, Electronic Surveillance Systems, and supervision of several programs and projects of surveillance systems (RADAR and multi sensitive sensors) at the Interior Ministry Border Guards. Dr. Eng. Mohammed has also written and authored several papers on Field Programmable Gate Array as a new approach to implement the chaotic generators for RADAR as an application, on digital security as well as on Strategic, Secure Planning and E-government. Dr Aseeri has many patents and published many papers in high level of international IEEE conferences and Journals.
